Pauline Peart’s career started at the age of seventeen, modeling for House of Fraser and other known companies. She was asked to audition for a play called “Don’t Tell The Wife” with Jack Douglas, Lucille Gaye and John Inman and got the part playing an exotic house guest. This was followed by another play: Birds of Paradise with Robert Coote and Fenella Fielding which made it to the West End after being on tour. The show ran for over two years and went on to tour South Africa.
Pauline co-hosted several few live events and talent shows including Golden Shot and Opportunity Knocks with Hughie Green, and appeared in many other shows such as Man About the House, Onedin Line, The Saint, The Harry Worth Show, The Les Dawson show in Berlin and The Persuaders with Tony Curtis and Roger Moore.
She returned to the theatre and did Faust and The Balcony with David Prowse for the BBC with Harold Pinter directing. She was featured in films such as Cuba with Sean Connery, Jack Western , Denholm Elliott and Brook Adams, Satanic Rites of Dracula with Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing and also Carry on Girls.
She continued modeling which allowed her to spend time in Atlanta doing Fashionader at the Fox theatre for Bill Blass, Sax, Macy and others. While there Pauline co-hosted Perception, a TV chat show, and later joined the cast of No Sex Please We’re British with Michael Crawford then David Jason, Vicky Richards and Sally Harrison.
Pauline took some time away from acting to bring up two daughters and went into lecturing Early Years Educators as well as being an Advice and Guidance Officer, providing counsel to students and adults while also being an Internal Quality Assurer.
She has recently directed a trailer for Dracula Arisen and will start filming the feature in the spring.
We’re very happy to welcome Pauline back to Atlanta and to Monsterama!
